ALIKAY NATURALS

INFLUENCER-ENTREPRENEUR-HOST-PHILANTHROPIST-SPEAKER

Rochelle Graham-Campbell is an accomplished entrepreneur, speaker, and boundary breaker in the natural hair, e-commerce, and digital media industries. As CEO and Co-Founder of Alikay Naturals™, a luxury and organic line of hair and skincare products, and its parent company, Black Onyx World, LLC, she leads a multi-million dollar empire with a powerful combination of vision, drive, and excellence.

In 2009, Rochelle was a newly natural college student with limited funds and time, in search of quality hair products that were effective and chemical free. When she couldn’t find what she was looking for, she decided to create it by using what her grandmother taught her about the power of herbs and natural remedies, as a child growing up in Jamaica. Through rigorous testing in her kitchen, Rochelle developed a unique product formula with natural ingredients that was the perfect fit for her hair care needs. As one of the first vloggers to document their hair journey on YouTube, her subscribers took notice of how healthy her hair looked and demanded to know what products she was using. From their interest, the Alikay Naturals™ product line was born.

A graduate of the University of South Florida with a B.S. in Business Marketing, Rochelle’s business acumen and leadership has been the driving force behind the success of Alikay Naturals™. Self-employed from the age of 20, she took a $100 investment in her small business and turned that into a global brand sold in Target, Walmart, and CVS stores nationwide. Since it was founded, her company has thrived as a debt-free entity and continues to grow at a rapid pace, as it’s also sold in 150 independent retail locations in 20 countries, including France, Canada, and Bermuda.. Dubbed a pioneer in the natural hair movement, Rochelle has been featured in notable media outlets such has The New York Times, Black Enterprise, Forbes, Essence, and Hype Hair.

With a massive community of over 200,000 supporters across digital platforms, including 16 million+ views on YouTube alone, Rochelle’s impact and influence in the natural hair industry are undeniable. She’s a sought after speaker known for giving powerful and engaging talks about business, entrepreneurship, beauty, and branding. A proud wife and mom, the heart of her message is to educate, empower, and encourage women to take charge of their lives and do it on their own terms, while in pursuit of having it all.

With the Black Onyx World, LLC collection of brands, including the R.I.S.E. Women’s Empowerment Conference and Mogul University, Rochelle remains committed to her mission of creating positive change in the lives of others.
